On March 29th and 30th I was in Dubai for the first time and of course I went to one of the Burj Khalifa observation decks. The views were awesome indeed! I noticed a tall building that seemed to be near completion. Turns out it was the 1,175-foot City Tower 1, which has structurally topped out according to CTBUH.
