I am doing a study comparing developments on Broadway and Apache since 2008, and I am having some trouble finding the data I am looking for on some of the older projects. Can anyone provide tips for finding information such as dwelling units per acre, building height and setback, and parking space quantities for past developments? Is this information generally publicly available?
