Metro Vancouver has (most likely) reached 3 million residents

Zeihan's usually fine but 35 million is an incredibly out of date number by 10 years. Like that's 2016 Census data which was already out of date when it was published. Even with the slowdown in immigration and TFWs I think Canada is expected to hit 42M this year.
