There is a lot of hand wringing and pearl clutching about this increased ability to purchase. However, almost the rest of the entire world sells it this way and the sky hasn't fallen yet
I don't think the hand wringing and pearl clutching is about providing it in convenience stores, it's about the cost to do it now, when so many other things are problematic in the province.
