MINNEAPOLIS | St. Olaf Housing | ~300 FT? | ~27 & 23 FLOORS?

St. Olaf Catholic Church, which controls a 3/4-block site in Downtown Minneapolis, is working on a large affordable housing project with a local nonprofit developer. There have been some stories circulating for awhile, but it looks like the first images are out.

The towers shown here appear to be 27 (left) and 23 (right) floors. According to the article linked below, this would be the largest affordable housing project in downtown, with approximately 500 apartments.

Cancelled

This broke ground recently but was downsized to 8-stories.
