1021 Thomas Spratt Pl | 4 fl | 16 m | Proposed

The Medical Council of Canada is proposing to construct a new 4 storey head office building at 1021 Thomas Spratt Place. The location of the project is a triangular, undeveloped site in the Ottawa Business Park off St. Laurent and Walkley. It is a long angular shaped lot at the terminus of an existing cul-de-sac.

The building is a 6,148m2 four-storey office building oriented longitudinally on an east-west axis with a one-storey tenant and loading/shipping podium on the north side. The office building is a concrete structure with curtain wall, cement board and metal panel clad building envelope. The podium portion is a curtain wall and metal panel clad envelope on a steel structure. The building consists of three upper floors of office programmed space and a tall ground floor of entry lobby, meeting rooms and common amenities.

Medical building right next to hydro line towers. Gees those things are ugly. Guess they are not dangerous for health after all.

P.S. They seem to be missing from rendering.
