I doubt they'll be kicked out until they can get zoning for 20+ stories for any future BRT/Skytrain TOD at Willingdon/Hastings.
The offices probably took around 100 spots so there's still proabably ~600 spots left of commercial spaces. T&T would be a better draw than Sungiven as an anchor tenant.
