A Sungiven would be nice at that location, considering the Hastings & Gilmore building was recently sold (including the Peaked Pies unit), and they are currently trying to get out of their lease at the Greystone location.

I doubt they'll be kicked out until they can get zoning for 20+ stories for any future BRT/Skytrain TOD at Willingdon/Hastings.

The offices probably took around 100 spots so there's still proabably ~600 spots left of commercial spaces. T&T would be a better draw than Sungiven as an anchor tenant.

The T&T CEO gave an update on instagram saying that they were stuck trying to get their permit approved by the city. It’s been approved now so they’re working on the unit and she reaffirmed that T&T is still coming to Gilmore Place

According to DailyHive T&T told them they're anticipating a Fall 2026 opening now.
