Paris getting a new skyscraper (but as usual not in a cluster, isolated in the middle of nowhere).

^ Whose picture is this? Yours? I'm getting sick of repeating it to you, you must post the source/author of a picture.

Stunning... Montparnasse isn't quite the sore thumb it once was.

Where do you see the Tour Montparnasse? I'm sure you mean the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile in the last picture.

Correct.
I think BnaBreaker just meant the Montparnasse tower was no longer such a loner in the skyline as a whole. You cannot see it in the large picture indeed.

These pics were taken from the Triangle tower currently under construction on the south edge of the inner city.
There will be an observation deck at the top, so these views will be accessible to the public, which is great.

The city looks very white in these photos. When you know it well, you know it's not entirely that monochrome (thank goodness), but anyway, that's what it looks like from the top of the Triangle thing.
I think regulation is too strict when it comes to colors in town. Architects in charge of preservation and heritage have been too narrow-minded in that matter.

Correct... sorry for the confusion... I just meant that it's nice that Montparnasse has some friends these days.

Prague is a perfect example that a city doesn't need a grandiose skyline to be great. It is by far my favorite city in Europe; and I've been to all the top 20 listed above. Of course, I realize this is Skyscraperpage.com... but my point is this.
