Was digging through some old files looking for something and came across these.

I was lurking around here at that time but never posted. Was heading for.. something with wifey and told her are making some photo stops along the way.

All photos are from June 23, 2013.

Federal building on Vanier parkway. This thing took forever to build. Ended up a very nice building in the end.

Tribeca East and Performance Court.

Flaherty Building

Lebreton P2

I completely forgot about all the work being done to the pumping station.

A wild Ponyboy admires some recently built Gardens. You can see the construction hording at Cathedral Hill to the left.

About.. 17 pixels of actual Cathedral Hill. Must have been below grade still and had no shot.

Welp. Until I find some more random hard drives or folders that's all I got for the moment.

I haven't been very active on this forum, but I have quite a few Ottawa construction pics as well. It's amazing to see how far Ottawa has come over the past 15 years. They were exciting times.

They did a great job. I think that corner is one of the nicest in Ottawa now:

I first found this forum when looking to buy a condo in downtown Ottawa in 2007. I have lots of photos of Mondrian under construction....feels like a lifetime ago.

Such a great view. Central under construction in the distance.

Corner of Hudson Park in this one too

Wish they would have restored the old building instead. It was quite a beautiful and imposing 5 storey department store. At the very least, I wish the new building would have followed the old ceilings heights to avoid the floor in the window.

But, fwiw, ignoring the above, the they did a pretty good job with the replication of the façade (using original bricks, windows and most details).

Found this sign post pic I took back in 2012. Wonder if she is still in business?
