Doesn't change what I said that they all appear to be designed by one firm with similar modernistic styles, materials, palette and, accent palettes. This matters because of the distinct impression for each individual project to stand out than to blend into the neighbourhood. I could be off on that. However, introducing some red brick than just brightly coloured glass, stucco and, metal cladding would have enhanced the theme.
As far as metal sheet or stucco cladding goes, it can look really good when done well and also used sparingly. A whole district is just cold. The success rate, in my own experience, is lower than other choices. Oil canning and dents are common with metal. EIFS/DEFS with stucco finishes are inherently cheap looking. It takes effort to get the cheapness out of it. Typically, that excludes direct contact like the ground level.
