The Boca Raton-based developer said it’s building 420 apartments and 6,400 square feet of retail at 2681 N.E. 191st St., a property a few blocks from the Avenutra Mall and the new Brightline passenger rail station.

County records show the 4.85-acre industrial site was recently sold for $21.55 million by Miami-based WD 2600 LLC, managed by Bruno Bloch, to Mill Creek Residential affiliate 192 Terrace Apartments. Bank of America provided a $107.75-million construction loan for the project.

The 15-story project, which will include a pool deck, an outdoor kitchen, grilling stations, a clubhouse, coworking space, a fitness center, and 632 parking spaces, should be ready in summer 2025. The apartments will average 951 square feet.
To summarize:

The first phase will include 420 units, 6,400 SF of commercial, and 632 parking spaces. The next phase will have another 420 units and 8,000 SF of commercial. The architect is Corwil Architects.

It's not an exciting design, but it's pedestrian orientated and dense near the brightline station.
