Which city "feels" bigger - Toronto or Chicago?

I've only been to Chicago, but given how similar both cities are in size and aesthetic, I'm curious to hear from those who've been to both which city feels like the more urban metropolis. One aspect to clarify, we all know that Toronto is the more important/cosmopolitan city since it's more international and Canada's 1st city, but aside from that, I'd love to hear perspectives.
