The north end has made good progress with exterior brick with the east side now complete up to the 8th floor and the west side up to the 5th floor. Will have to setup scaffolding for the 5 floors of the north face because of the setback 3 story podium. Likely a couple of more months of brick work to go.
Have made some progress on exterior brick on the west side south of the large lobby entrance. Only a few more floors to go and they should be able to move the lift swing station around the construction elevator strip and continue around the south end of the building.
Nearly done the exterior brick in the middle section of the west wall above the large lobby wing. Should be starting on the south end of the west side next week.
Still working on the exterior brick installation with the west side lobby wing now nearly done with exterior brick and stone. The scaffolding is now setup on the south end east side wall and brick is now up to the 2nd floor level. Still alot of east side wall to complete and the south wall hasn't started as of yet.
They have removed the construction elevator from the west side to finish the exterior brick installation on the west side. Still have the south wall and the east side wall above the connection to original building left to install.
Well it took quite a long time but they have finally finished installing the exterior brick on this building. Just some final touch-ups and the masonry contractor can pack up and clean up the site. Should see landscaping crews and grading for parking lot soon as they finish up the interior as well.
