Wow Chelten Ave is on fire. That street has so much potential being located between two RR stations and the 23 bus(bring back trolley). Plus pretty close to the Wissahickon park.
Glad to see some of the lots being filled in around the Tioga area with housing and warehouses. Especially with PhilaPort complaining about lack of space for expansion.
