I don't like the way they seem to want to add on to the Toronto Star building. the Toronto star building should be restored without the office addition, maybe add 5 floors to the other office building to compensate. Similarly, I don't like how there are 6 buildings here, there shouldn't really be more than 4. Again, take the density off of those 2 now eliminated towers and add it to the others. I'd actually PREFER height, even this close to the midrise bayfront area.
