I had a look at some old aerials for the Freezer locations that
HossC found in the city directories.
The one that fits with the screengrab from the movie is 751½ South Alvarado Street.
This is how it lines up on a 1928 aerial. The Freezer stand as we see in the screengrab was essentially plonked in the front lawn of 751.
