You realize that multi-purpose stadiums started becoming irrelevant shortly after SkyDome first opened via Camden Yards in Baltimore?
Having any stadium function for both football and baseball is simply a no-go in 2022 across the board.
In any case, the dome is still selling out massive concerts this summer (Motley Crue/Poison, Lady Gaga, RHCP/The Strokes) while maintaining the circa-2016 fixed baseball configuration.
