Mill Creek, Washington-based Garlic Jim’s bills itself as a gourmet carry-out and delivery pizza chain. San Antonio businessmen Jon Gustavson and Dave Heinze will operate the restaurant as franchisees. The new restaurant will open on April 28.
Some of the specials at the new Garlic Jim’s will be made-to-order personal-size Neapolitan pizza and lunch items that will be ready in five minutes.
