Yeah it was inspired by the Conde Nast Building, I was going to put it in the facts for its emporis page. You can see the Washington Building is inspired by the American International Building, (more like a direct copy
)
And no, The Galviston Enterprises World Headquarters Tower will be the tallest for a long time
