^ I was just thinking it may be part of some further city study for rezoning, but they wouldn't need those exact numbers for that. It's odd. May be something for the pipeline of the future, but they need to know if it can be done before moving forward with any planning. The CityView site itself is on that list for an 1,100 ft tower.
