you could be right about it being all out-patient, but I wasn't sure if it was all out-patient and not acting like a hospital with overnight stays after surgery or procedures or chronic illnesses requiring some longer term hospital stay. I also checked their website here, https://specialtycare.jeffersonhealth.org/services, and it includes general surgery and other surgeries, and procedures like kidney transplants which would imply in-patient care and overnight hospitalization. Nonetheless, there's an out-patient care component for sure.
