Lol, TUP...the south side has its issues, but if anything has been a disappointment, it’s the state, local, and federal policies that arbitrarily limited financial services to specific neighborhoods because of who lived there.
The south side lakefront continues to improve. Let’s take it block by block. Preserve what we can and make redevelopment opportunities shovel ready. There’s plenty of opportunity for development in this city without displacement.
