A number of us work in corporate retail (i.e. the HQs of major/contemporary/luxury retailers). I think it was us (based on insider knowledge of revenue, location decisions, business models, and how the outlet business works) that confidently proclaimed the Outlet model was bound to fail (at this location) from the get go.
We were right.
