Mack Cali has seen its office portfolio near transit, especially along the JC waterfront, command higher rents and keep a low vacancy rate. The suburban office market has been underwhelming, promoting Mack Cali to sell off most of its suburban office portfolio to concentrate resources in Jersey City.

Cautious optimism is better to hear than everything being status quo... I also ask about the possible height increase because just looking at that rendering it appears somewhat taller than 101 Hudson(545 or so ft), Harborside 5(480 ft) and 10 Exchange Place(just over 490ft). Hopefully by the new year we will hear more about definitive plans but the new rendering is a substantial improvement over the clunky old design.
