I wonder if IBM would consider. Would be a perfect opportunity. Often transit locations are very important, and this is at the epicenter of it all. A commitment or signed agreement within a year until their current leases expire would be ideal, allowing the tower to rise and ready right around when the leases expire. Say 2022/2023.
