That's extremely impressive for a site that had previously seemed destined for a bunch of chain motels. Will be a cool gateway into Riverside, and will make Riverside feel more like Austin's front door from the airport.
And of course this is literally being a choosey begger but... I wish they'd go high than 4 stories on the residential portion.
