Wow, over 1200 units of residential, and an office building, with a substantial amount of underground parking... that far out from major development corridors, and on the frontage road of Ben White? This is a really interesting proposal for more than the buildings themselves. I would love to start seeing developments like this popping up all across town in parts where this isn't the usual development style. Although I suppose these 5-6 story buildings won't be too much of a departure from the countless hotels in that area. Exciting regardless!
