Indeed. The design is a bit clunky. I would take it as-is though, if it means we can move on from the barren, undeveloped landscape that has been there for decades.
Fall is always the season for ribbon cuttings. Here's another one that will have positive community impact -
The 60 studio apartments have been completed for several months, they were just waiting on delayed furnishings. Units are now officially getting occupied.
