Modern areas. São Paulo is so huge it keeps sprawling and sprawling. When neighbourhoods become too expensive or dangerous to live and work, new constructions pop up in far away neighbourhoods transforming areas which once were impoverished into modern and trendy. And beautiful beaches with warm water and no sharks are just 1 hour drive from São Paulo through great highways mostly private owned. It is a very interesting city.
