Once things return to normal, hospitality is always booming in NYC (once things are back and the tourist hordes amass).
I wonder if such a 100 floor hotel, using the existing footprint (if they demo it), will aim for the largest by room count in the city. I mean if we are talking 100 floors, using the existing footprint, that is one massive hotel.
