It's been ten years since they took all of the glass panels down.
I know there was a dispute among the university, contractor, and architects over who should be responsible for paying to fix the issue. I have a feeling the university ended up on the hook and decided they didn't have the money to do anything. Hard to raise gift funds to pretty up a parking garage.
