No, but that's still what it's called. I'd even MUCH rather prefer Washington Square West because it's at least geographically descriptive. Maybe even South East Center City (although this is a bit outside it? Maybe even part of East Market?) if they took a cue from the SWCC alternative to Graduate Hospital. Midtown does NOT exist here.
