It seems like the Ross & Routh area would be a target for future skyline growth next to the Arts District and adjacent to Uptown. There is an existing DART station nearby, I wonder if they would ever build another station around where the tracks go underground at Ross?

Technically Interstate 345 is the elevated freeway that divides East Quarter from Deep Ellum.
