Maybe. Probably doesn't have the loading facilities Whole Foods would want, though. Could be Urban Markets doing a 25,000 sf store like the one they're opening at 1001 W. Chicago (Spoke). In such a location, I have to assume that ready-to-eat, HMRs, and liquor would be the core profit centers.
Personally, I'm pulling for Aldi to do a South Loop store like the new one at Wells & Division. But I fear there are not enough "stock up" customers near Wabash & Harrison.
