Sure. For most Chicago area folks that will be a +5h RT and will involve a transfer at Metra terminals and biking an hour each way from Kenosha depot station to The Center in Kenosha. I guess on 60 nice temperate days we have per year, for those with tons of time to blow, and the few Americans fit enough able to bike that distance it will be a great option. So less than 1% of all trips to the center.
