I agree. Luckily we are starting to see more proposals from developers to tear down low density B & C class apartments to build taller, more dense buildings. An example of this is Gentry on the Green off camelback. Currently is 2 apartment buildings of roughly 650 units but developers are in DRB now to propose 4-story, mixed use apartments built over 3 phases and 1600 units+. Hopefully we see more of this continue.
