It seems fitting to start with the largest city covered by this thread - Marquette. It's impressive that a city this small enlisted the aid of a firm with as much stature as SmithGroup to draft a new strategic plan for its downtown. MARQUETTE — The Marquette Downtown Development Authority has announced the completion of its strategic plan for the future of the downtown Marquette.
