Lake View Lofts owns the land to the corner for additional phases. This is the only other vacant corner, which I would call the northeast corner (the downtown grid doesn't really align north-south or east-west).
What I'm wondering is how much of the site is being developed. When I worked downtown, which was a while ago now, the land fronting Western there was being sold as one lot between Second and First. This building clearly isn't that long, but it's not clear how much of that block it will cover.
I went to
their website and while there is not much info on it yet they do have some floorplans.
