nice update!
that 11th street corridor is going to transform dramatically if all of the proposals are built. in a 4-block stretch, we could see:
- 8-floor Hotel Renegade
- 26-floor 11th Street apartments
- 16-floor dual-brand hotel
- 20-floor YMCA
- 34-floor rumored apartments on Front and 11th
and a block away is the 8 (or 9) floor Saratoga under construction.
even with all of that, there are still a few empty lots that are begging for development.
