During office hours, however, it's not even close. The activity in downtown Regina far exceeds that of Saskatoon. This is particularly noticeable during the spring and summer around Victoria Park. Close to 30,000 downtown works give downtown Regina the edge.

I don't agree at all - I've lived in both cities (and worked downtown in both), and hands down, Saskatoon takes it. I would like evidence suggesting Regina's downtown activity "far exceeds" that of Saskatoon's. That's quite a strong statement.
