It's a combo of both. Nothing was open for months, especially museums and concert halls. Tourism had been non existent and office workers are not working from their offices... All that being said, it's getting busier by the day. Yesterday almost felt like a normal Sunday. Grand central market was bustling, the sidewalk cafes were busy... Normalcy almost
