I'm loving the brick on Rex 26. I live in the neighborhood and go past it every day. It is a nice addition to Lyndale Ave. A few more strategically placed developments and Lyndale will be pretty urban all the way down to 31st Street (Lowry Carwash at 22nd and the Giant Wash Laundry at 24th need to go).
