Which makes the base along 19th and Sansom streets so plain and ubiquitous whereas the Walnut Street facade is much more unique, eye catching, and on-brand.

Agreed that the Walnut fronting facade is the best, however the 19th side of things is just black metal paneling. Continuing the brick around on that side would've gone a long way.
