University Place Lifestyle Center - OneSuite Offices, Multi-level covered parking, and a new Dillard's department store - Now Completed

Currently for 2022 Woodbury Corps. ever-expanding University Place Center is adding a five-story parking structure providing 273 parking stalls, with a four-story 70,000 square-foot office building included on top of the parking structure.

Woodbury has also demolished a previous anchor store (Macy’s) which was 207,537 square feet and is now rebuilding a 195,000 square-foot Dillard's anchor.

The parking structure will have an architectural skin on the exterior to ensure a seamless facade for the office structure on top...

...In 2014, when malls around the country were failing and big box anchor stores folding, the Woodbury Corp., managers, and developers of University Place, stepped out of the box and redesigned the mall into a campus of retail shopping, Class A business spaces, housing, and entertainment....

Pre-Demolition

Currently under construction and pictured on the right is the new Dillard's department store. To the left, a new mid-rise office tower is also under construction.
