Update on some existing stock...
555 Flower (formerly known as Citibank building) has created some cut outs to allow access to outside for some upper floors.
It continues the work that Brookfield talked about a few years ago about how to update the existing post-modern office tower to stay relevant into the future. The Paul Hastings Tower at City National Plaza added its new top floor into what was previously the rooftop mechanical floors.
Much how the Wilshire Grand has LED screens that are architecturally invisible and create Logos that can disappear, I would love for the all-glass bands on the US Bank Tower to be covered in invisible LED screens that could be used for Logos and also as a banner and lighting scheme.
