So if I understand this correctly, the midrise isn't actually any more dense than the same number of townhouse units on the parcel would be because the rest of the site is dedicated to parking. Is is conceivable that some of that parking could one day become a second mid rise on the same parcel?
I notice the rendering shows the building is gated off. Bleak
