The Bow is 236m, and to be the second tallest (for now) it would have to be taller then the Suncor Energy Centre, which is 214m. So this one will be about 215m, which is 705 ft. I don't think that this will ever be Calgary's second tallest though, as 225 - 6th (a block west), will likely start construction before this one, and will Calgary's new tallest.
