Ah I guess they are landlocked at the original site but didn't know they were expanding. Still, the new park will be over 1 mile from the rail station and SeaWorld is 1.25 miles. Both will need shuttles.
The only thing directly walkable from the station will be the the convention center, and even that will be a 1/2 mile (indoor) walk thru the Hilton.
A station at Disney Springs would actually be quite nice with lots of attractions walkable from the station, and tie into Disney's existing bus system for connections to the various hotels and resorts. Hopefully they can get a station right by Disney Springs (even if in the I-4 median) instead of some remote location by Osceola Pkwy.
