It's not the location or the amount of housing I'm concerned about. That project could have at least twice as many homes and commercial square footage if it were designed better. If it were to be designed under the principles of walkable urbanism instead of automobile dependent sprawl, residents of the area could walk to the nearby commercial amenities instead of having to drive to them. We know how to do better than this, but we keep getting status quo.
