That is true. A streetscape consisting of old homes which have been converted to stores and restaurants, brick walk-up apartment blocks as well as modern infills are dynamic.
Echoing the call for the Sherbrook Inn to be redeveloped, I do know the owner has been approached by developers: it remains unclear to me if the asking price was too high, or he simply does not want to sell. In any event, I know the Tallest Poppy plans on opening a patio in the summer, as well as exterior improvements.
